​For those who know resilience is not built in a boardroom.

​Before we spend a week indoors, this is how we kick off Tech Week. We meet at Finch Station at 7 am, clip in, and ride out of the city, ending at the Kolbe 15 founder hub.

​A support vehicle rides alongside the whole way with snacks and water. It's there if you need it, but you won't want to use it.

​When you arrive, jump in for a swim, then unwind in the sauna and hot tub. If you've still got energy in those legs, shoot pool, take a canoe out, or paddleboard on the water.

​We eat lunch together, gather around the fire, and let the conversation go where it goes, the kind that happens naturally with people who get why we push ourselves.

​We depart at 5pm, everyone gets a ride back to Toronto in a vehicle. You'll be back in the city by 7pm.

​What's included: snacks and water along the ride, lunch, drinks and refreshments at the property, and full use of the property and its amenities.

• ​No city bikes or rentals

• ​Comfortable riding long distance

• ​Helmet required
