About Debra Doucette:
Debra Doucette, OBC, is Executive Chair of Odlum Brown, a full-service investment firm headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. From 2007 to 2024, Debra served as Odlum Brown’s President and CEO, leading with objective and strategic insight developed from an accomplished career in the investment industry spanning over 35 years.
Debra has earned a reputation for her vision, passion, and dedication as a leader in the business community. She is currently a board member of Providence Health Care, alumni UBC (Past Chair), Drug Free Kids Canada and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). Debra is also a former Industry Director and Chair of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund.
Debra is a strong supporter of Odlum Brown’s sponsorship and charitable giving programs. In 2021, she was honoured with the Order of British Columbia for her community leadership, and in 2016 was recognized with the Joseph and Rosalie Segal United Way Community Vision Award. Debra was also recognized as a 2017 Canada’s Most Admired CEO and received a 2016 BC CEO Award from Business in Vancouver. In 2015, she received an Influential Women in Business Award. In 2012, Debra was honoured with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and the BC Community Achievement Award and was also inducted into the Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Hall of Fame after being recognized as one of the Top 100 for three consecutive years.
About Tina Strehlke:
As CEO of Minerva BC, Tina Strehlke leads a team of talented change-makers dedicated to advancing the leadership of women and girls. After many years of developing her expertise in leadership, career development, adult learning, HR, and communications, she joined Minerva BC in 2016, assuming the CEO position in 2018. In her role, Tina is responsible for setting a vision and plan for how Minerva creates the impact it wants to have in the world and ensuring the tools are in place to enact change. Tina was awarded Top 500 Business Leaders by Business in Vancouver amongst many others both for her professional and community achievements. A thought leader in the broader community, Tina is constantly collaborating with other organizations. She is always speaking, facilitating, and helping to amplify the missions of other women’s organizations across the province and beyond.
