Lucy co-founded Sheffield's SONA collective, and performs widely solo as Heavy Lifting and in diverse collaborations including TYPE and TYKE as well as Epiploke. Alex co-founded the algorave movement, and instigated the free/open source TidalCycles and Strudel live coding environments and has also performed loads, including solo as Yaxu. hellocatfood

Antonio Roberts (aka hellocatfood) is a Birmingham-based musician and visual artist. Working primarily with TidalCycles, VCV Rack and Pure Data, he employs algorithmic methods to make music that is both rhythmic and glitchy.

Since 2019 he has been building a reputation for his live performances, fusing genres ranging from ambient, footwork and IDM to drum and bass. He complements this with live visuals made using live coding software and hardware video synthesisers.

He has performed across the UK and Europe at respected venues and festivals including Green Man, Barbican, No Bounds Festival, Tate Modern, Supernormal, Corsica Studios, Cafe Oto, IKLECTIK, Psychic Dancehall, and Festival Tormenta.

He has supported the likes of Avalanche Kaito, Matthew Herbert and Momoko Gill, Matters and Monoxide Brothers.

He is currently working on his debut EP to be released in 2026.

The Printer Jam

The Printer Jam (Project Cassiel X BITPRINT) is a performance duo using livecoding to take advantage of the unintentionally musical mechanical motions of 3D printing. The performers create 3D printed objects that activate the printer motors at certain musical pitches and rhythms which are captured live, processed and looped, building up both physical objects and brooding, brutalist soundscapes. Each performance and its resulting artefacts are unique experiences for audience and performers alike.
