Prompt Workshop 2: Managing Agents

​You don’t need a smarter chatbot—you need a mini team.

In this hands-on Prompt Workshop 2: Managing Agents, we’ll build a simple “agent assembly line” using Claude skills/custom commands (and Claude Code for the build).

Instead of one mega-prompt, you’ll learn how to split a real task into specialist agents with clear handoffs and quality gates.

​We’ll start with a quick concept intro, then do a live build-along where we set up the workflow end-to-end. After a short break, you’ll run a challenge round: pick your own case (or use ours), execute the pipeline, and iterate. We’ll wrap with a few share-outs + next steps so you can reuse the system for your own work.
