One Roof is a community for independent hospitality professionals. Consultants, fractionals, advisors - people who've stepped out on their own and are building something.
This spring we're opening our doors wider than usual. Whether you work in People, ops, marketing, finance or anything else, if you're building an independent career in hospitality, this one's for you.
The theme of the afternoon is simple: finding opportunity from everywhere.
Referrals and warm introductions are the lifeblood of independent work. The best opportunities rarely come from a cold pitch. They come from the right conversation, with the right person, at the right moment. This session is about building the relationships and habits that make those moments happen more often.
