Bree Street Experiment Green Programme
On Sunday the 31st, Bree Street will host a special edition of Bree Street Sundays (10:00-17:00), a car-free initiative where the street opens up for dining, cycling, family-friendly activity, and collective city-making from Wale to Strand.
The Green Squad will take to the streets at Bree Street Sunday with an exciting programme.
From 10:00 to 11:00 we will meet at the Bree Street Gallery and head out on foot through Bree Street and beyond, tracking the unexpected green already living in the city. We look for stubborn weeds, DIY pots, cracked pavement gardens, and quiet acts of care, learning from a city that is already growing itself.
From 11:30 to 12:30 we will be getting creative with a silk-screening session at the Bree Street Gallery! This will be your chance to join the squad, meet other green minds, share ideas, and sign up to get involved properly. Bring a tee or tote and get a daisy screen print on the spot!
