EERA Annual Strategy Meeting 2026
We have the pleasure of inviting you to EERA’s 2026 Annual Strategy Meeting, which will take place at Comet Louise in Brussels, Belgium, on 9 and 10 June. The meeting will start at 9:00 on Tuesday, 9 June and conclude at 14:00 on Wednesday, 10 June.
Against the backdrop of evolving geopolitical dynamics and the ongoing Clean Industrial Deal and FP10 discussions, the Annual Strategy Meeting will provide an opportunity to reflect on EERA’s strategic priorities and define our path forward.
The programme will include:
Strategic discussions on EERA’s positioning in the current research and innovation policy context (FP10, SET Plan).
A participatory session on the topics of this year’s High-Level Policy Conference.
Breakout sessions to foster focused discussions and input from across the community on key topics.

On the evening of 9 June, we are pleased to invite you to a special dinner at Chalet Robinson.
Participation
This year, we are broadening participation beyond the traditional circle of ExCo members, Personal Representatives, JP Coordinators, and EERA Secretariat staff. JP management board members and active contributors to EERA activities are also welcome to attend.
To ensure balanced representation, please note:
Total participation is capped at 70 people to guarantee the needed interactive discussions.
Organisations already represented through ExCo membership and a JPC or Personal Representative may nominate up to one additional participant.
Should registrations exceed the cap, the Presidency and Secretariat reserve the right to select participants.
