TRIIBE’s mission is to help next-gen nonprofit founders continue their work. Less than 1% of funding reaches youth-led organizations, and as a result, 80% of nonprofits fade within their first year.

After founders find their rhythm, a second and more structural break occurs as they turn 18 and enter college. They then leave the support systems that helped them grow and become full-time students. Funding opportunities and time are cut, and little structure exists to support continued work through or beyond college.

That is where TRIIBE steps in. We create a clear pipeline, similar to finance or consulting, but for social impact. TRIIBE provides funding, mentorship, and community to founders from sophomore to senior year of college, when vision is high but support is scarce.

Across our 5-person cohorts, founders collectively represent 61 years of nonprofit leadership, each having run their organization for an average of six years. Several have already been recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30. Their work advances six core sectors: food, water, shelter, health, education, and energy.
