What to expect?
Anise will lead you on a wander through quiet spaces in central London. We'll mostly walk in rotating pairs enjoying comfortable conversations and gentle wellbeing focused activities.
Wear weather suitable clothes. We will take shelter in case of heavy rain or adverse weather.
