Sacred Echo
We will gather in the Living Room of Pluto. May the force be with you....
Event Description
Step into Sacred Echo — a space to release accumulated tension, clear mental noise, and enter your week with grounded clarity.
Through guided vocal toning, mantra-based chanting, and reflective integration, we move through two powerful phases:
Release — letting go of what no longer needs to follow you into the week
Receive — consciously inviting the qualities you want to embody
Who This Is For
Sacred Echo is for founders, creatives, professionals, and anyone who wants to:
• Start the week from clarity instead of overwhelm
• Release stored stress and mental tension
• Experience the grounding power of group sound
• Build a consistent weekly reset ritual
• Connect in a calm, intentional community space
All backgrounds, beliefs, and experience levels are welcome.
What We’ll Experience (Flow of the Evening)
Arrival & Soft Landing
Ease into the space with ambient sound and gentle grounding.
Mala Exploration
Browse a curated collection of Sovereign Souls Mala to accompany your practice or bring your own mala.
Guided Singing & Intention Setting
Gavan will guide the group through gentle vocal warmups using the classical scale (Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Da Ni Sa) accompanied by Shruti Box. This practice helps open the voice, settle the nervous system, and activate the throat center for expression and release.
Group Intention Setting
We will set a personal intention for what we are ready to let go of.
Release Chant (with mala)
A steady, grounding repetition of " Om Shanti Shanti Shanti" to bring peace to mind, body and soul. We will provide crystal malas to facilitate emotional and energetic clearing. Feel free to bring your personal mala.
Collective Reflection Circle
Optional sharing and guided journaling to integrate what surfaced.
Receive Chant
A heart-centered group resonance chanting the "Mool Mantar" to consciously invite clarity, peace, and strength for the week ahead.
Closing Integration
Final reflection and a simple journal prompt to carry the energy forward.
