Exit Interview 2.0| Another off-the-record conversation for HR Leaders
About This Event
Most executive events are thinly veiled software pitches. This is not.
The HR function is undergoing a massive architectural shift. Between the rapid introduction of AI, evolving employee expectations, and the demand for leaner operating models, the mandate for HR leaders has never been more complex. But the market is currently saturated with noise and hypothetical tech promises.
Hosted by Simplifi-IQ in partnership with Factorial, this private roundtable is designed to cut through that noise. We are bringing together a curated room of 15 senior HR decision-makers for a candid, zero-fluff discussion on what is actually working in the market right now.
The Core Discussion There are no slide decks, no stages, and no formal presentations. This is a peer-led mastermind focused on:
The AI Reality Check: Where AI has genuinely changed the HR function this year, and where the impact has been overstated.
The 5-Year Horizon: Which specific parts of the HR role will look materially different in five to ten years, and how to prepare your team today.
From Reporting to Acting: If your systems could act on your behalf rather than just report data, what operational burdens you should hand over first.
