Step away from the noise and reset before the week ahead.

This is a relaxed, guided wellness walk designed to help you slow down, clear your head, and create some space before Monday. A simple way to spend time outdoors, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

No pressure. No expectations. Just a walk, and the option to connect with others in a natural way.

What to expect:

  • A gentle walk at an easy pace

  • Time to switch off and get out of your head

  • Natural, optional conversation along the way

  • A short guided moment to pause and reflect

Why Sunday?

Sundays can often feel like a transition point—quiet, reflective, and sometimes a little heavy as the week ahead starts to come into focus.

This walk is designed as a reset. A chance to step outside, clear your mind, and go into Monday feeling more grounded and present.

Who it’s for:

This is for men who:

  • Want to slow down and reset before the week ahead

  • Are looking after their mental wellbeing in a simple way

  • Want to manage life’s pressures more effectively

  • Value relaxed, natural connection with others

You don’t need any experience with mindfulness or wellness—just show up as you are.

Meeting point:

Hyde Park Corner Station entrance

What to bring:

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Water if you need it

We’ll walk for around 60 minutes, with a short pause along the way.
