Why Sunday?
Sundays can often feel like a transition point—quiet, reflective, and sometimes a little heavy as the week ahead starts to come into focus.
This walk is designed as a reset. A chance to step outside, clear your mind, and go into Monday feeling more grounded and present.

We’ll walk for around 60 minutes, with a short pause along the way.
