There is a growing gap between what organisations say about responsible AI and what they actually build. The reason is rarely malicious intent. It is a design problem. Responsibility gets treated as a layer added at the end — a compliance review, an ethics checklist, a PR consideration.
But by then, the architecture is already set, the incentives are already baked in, and the harm is already latent in the system.
This session explores what it means to design AI systems with intention — where humans, agents, data, incentives, and governance are understood as a single interconnected system, and where leadership shifts from making decisions to architecting how decisions happen.
