AAIF Agentic AI Workshop - Retail & Industry Edition
🚀 AAIF Pune Lunch & Learn: Agentic AI for Retail & CPG
This is a curated lunch-and-learn style meetup focused on retail and CPG, and the Agentic AI use cases these industries are starting to take seriously.
We will keep the room intentional: preferably working professionals from retail / CPG (and closely related commerce teams), with a techno-functional mix, capped at about 40 attendees at the Newtuple office in Balewadi.
Join AAIF Community Pune for a practical, hands-on workshop. We will finalise 1 to 3 topics that give immediate benefit, delivered as a mix of short sessions and live coding, not slide-only talks.
💡 Topics we are considering (Final agenda will pick 1 to 3 of these for depth)
AEO / GEO (answer & generative engine optimization for product discovery)
ChatGPT Commerce protocol and App Store directions for commerce
Google Merchant Centre updates relevant to retail / CPG catalogs
WebMCP & MCP UI / MCP Apps for agent-ready storefronts and tools
SKU recognition using image services for catalog and ops workflows
🛠️ What the day will feel like
Curated peer group from retail / CPG and related commerce roles
Mix of focused sessions + hands-on live coding
Patterns and takeaways you can reuse at work quickly
Lunch and networking at Newtuple
👤 Who should apply
Working professionals in retail / CPG (product, tech, ops, digital, merchandising, data)
Techno-functional pairs welcome (business + engineering)
Builders and architects supporting retail / commerce agent use cases
Preference for people who can apply learnings in their org soon
Registration is approval-based so we can keep the cohort relevant and within venue capacity.
📋 Prerequisites (please come prepared)
Laptop + charger (required)
IDE installed (VS Code, Cursor, or similar)
Claude Code or any similar coding agent installed and signed in
If you do not have one yet, we will try to help at the venue, but that may need software install / account setup, so arriving prepared is strongly preferred
Basic familiarity with LLMs or coding helps; deep Agentic AI experience is not required
