About Event

WHAT IS ART THERAPY? Art therapy is a creative approach that uses artistic expression to explore emotions, process experiences, and support mental and emotional wellbeing.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP: This workshop provides a creative, safe, and respectful space for expats, migrants, and international participants living in Barcelona to explore challenges such as shifting identity, isolation, homesickness, and the search for belonging. Using materials like watercolors, acrylics, pastels, colored pencils, collage, clay, and other craft supplies, participants can express themselves through art, reflect on personal experiences, and connect with others through guided prompts and creative activities.

No prior art experience is needed—anyone interested in taking a step toward better wellbeing and deeper self-discovery is welcome.

All workshops are guided and focus on a specific theme to help participants get started in the creative process. This is the last day of a four-workshop series. The theme for workshop will be “Colors of Tomorrow”

IMPORTANT! The focus is NOT on learning art techniques or creating a “perfect” artwork, but on using art as a tool for emotional expression and personal growth. There is no right or wrong—every creation is valued and celebrated.

The workshops will be delivered in English.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

*If for any reason the workshop is cancelled or postponed, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to another workshop.
