​This will be a candid panel discussion featuring professionals who support international students at every stage of the journey—from the university adviser who first guides students through visa rules, to the immigration attorney who prepares petitions, to the former USCIS officer who has reviewed thousands of cases from inside the system.

• ​Johanna Pan-Carr: Director of International Student Services and PDSO at Seton Hall University and former NAFSA Region 10 Chair.

• ​Martha Baillargeon: Senior Immigration Adviser with over a decade supporting F-1 and J-1 students at institutions including School of Visual Arts and Rutgers.

• ​Rosa Kelley: Director of the International Student Service Center at Baruch College (CUNY), where she oversees services and compliance for international students and exchange visitors.
