BRaIN- Bengaluru Research And Innovation Network invites all who are concerned about sustainable development, to a lecture by Dr. Liliana Sara Miranda, IPCC Lead Author, Peru, to a discussion on institutional and systemic barriers to implementation of Climate Action Plans for cities in Peru. The panel discussion that follows will focus on lessons from and for Indian cities.
