SRM Co-working & Happy Hour at Reflective (AGU 2026)
If you're in San Francisco for AGU this December, join us on Wednesday the 9th for an afternoon of collaborative co-working on SRM modeling and data, followed by a happy hour for the wider climate intervention community, both at Reflective's office on the waterfront in downtown SF. The address will be shared once you register.
SRM modeling and data co-working afternoon, 2:30–5:30pm
For climate scientists, modellers and data practitioners working on SRM, we will host a co-working afternoon meet-up, which will include:
Short presentations on new GeoMIP simulations, downscaled data, and Reflective's Cloud Hub, simulator and other tools
An introduction to cloud-based workflows for open science
Time to co-work and talk through projects in breakout groups. This will include problem solving for ongoing projects, as well as planning for new collaborations. Hands-on coding is also encouraged – bring a laptop!
There is no need to be a Reflective grantee or Cloud Hub user to join, but this will be a technical session aimed at folks with at least some experience working with climate model data.
Reflective & Friends Happy hour, from 5:30pm
Open to all - whether you're in the climate intervention community or just curious about it, and there's no need to be a climate scientist! We'll have drinks, snacks and good conversation.

You're welcome at either part or both. When you register, please select which you'll attend so we can plan numbers.
