DDSC Aalborg Kick Off
We’re on a mission to rebuild and strengthen the Data Science community in Aalborg and we’d love you to be part of it.
At Danish Data Science Community (DDSC), we bring together people working with or simply curious about Data Science and AI across universities, organisations, companies, startups and beyond.
We believe the strongest communities are built through diversity and openness. Whether you are a professional, researcher, student, entrepreneur or enthusiast, you are very welcome to join.
What will happen at the DDSC Aalborg Kick-off meeting?
We’ll start with a short introduction to DDSC, our mission and how the community works. Afterwards, we’ll get to know each other and open the conversation about what the newly re-established DDSC Aalborg community should look like.
Together, we’ll explore activities that could be relevant for the local community, such as:
📄 Paper Club – discussing interesting research papers and new developments
📚 Book Club – learning and exchanging perspectives together
🍻 Data Beers – informal meetups for networking, conversations and new connections
💡 Community events and other ideas shaped by the people who join
A community built by its members:
DDSC is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organisation. Our community exists because people choose to get involved, contribute ideas and help make things happen.
That means this Aalborg DDSC group will not simply be a series of events organised for the community - we want to build it together with the community.
Your engagement will therefore be crucial as we reconnect people, create new relationships and re-establish a strong DDSC presence in Aalborg.
