Giving Circle

​A small-group space for members to bring a current challenge from your work and leave with a fresh perspective.

​Each Giving Circle follows a simple format:

1. ​Share (2 min) — one person shares a current challenge or question they are navigating in their work (2 min)

2. ​Clarify (2 min)— the group asks clarifying questions only, no advice yet.

3. ​Cameras off — the sharer steps back and just listens.

4. ​Advise (6 min) — the group offers reflections, ideas, advice, and resources

​This rotates so everyone gets a turn to share and to give. Come ready to be honest about what you're working through, and generous with what you know.

​Spots are limited to 6 to ensure everyone has adequate time. RSVP early.
