​​Tim is the co-founder of PostHog, the open-source product and data toolkit used by more than 190,000 teams around the world. PostHog started in Y Combinator’s Winter 2020 batch and quickly grew from an MVP on Hacker News into a platform that helps product engineers build, ship, and understand successful products- all in one place.

​Before PostHog, Tim was involved in engineering and product roles at Arachnys, where he worked across R&D and technical leadership. That mix of deep technical ability and a drive to rethink how software is built runs through PostHog’s journey today, where transparency and a customer-centric approach sets them apart.
