GC Masterclass: Concept Cooking - with Adjoa Kittoe, MBA (Food, Wellness & CPG)
Concept Cooking is a guided one-hour creative workshop that uses the logic of a kitchen - mise en place, taste balance, layering, finishing - as a structure for helping participants shape ideas. The class is not about cooking; it uses culinary thinking as a practical, accessible creative framework.
Participants will explore a simple sequence that moves them from a raw idea to a small creative draft they can refine on their own. The method is adaptable to written ideas, visual concepts, projects, or personal creative goals.
You will leave with:
A clear, simple creative method inspired by culinary practice
One draft concept generated during the workshop
A stronger connection to their own creative intuition
Tools for balancing ideas, refining structure, and avoiding overwhelm
A new way to approach ideation that is accessible and repeatable
