About Event

The growing importance of soft skills in a world shaped by constant change and rapid AI evolution is no longer up for debate. Countless global reports confirm it.

And yet, soft skills are still often treated as fluffy: hard to measure, hard to practice, and even harder to truly change.

The problem is simple, learning about soft skills isn’t enough.
They must be practiced. Tested. Failed at. Repeated. Pretty much like how AI learns, right?

Only through that process do soft skills transform into power skills.

Imagine a world where we focus with laser-sharp precision.
Where we spend less energy chasing external validation.
Where communication becomes clear, direct, and effective—rather than verbally passive-assertive and non-verbally passive-aggressive.

Together with Ceragon Romania, we invite you to join the 1st community workshop part of the Upskilling the Romanian IT Industry series, dedicated to From Soft Skills to Power Skills.
