🧘🏾♀️ Join us for a full-body mat Pilates session designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and start your day feeling energized and refreshed.
✨ Through controlled, intentional movements, you’ll strengthen your core, glutes, legs, and upper body while improving posture, balance, stability, and muscular endurance. Expect a low-impact workout with a light cardio challenge that will leave you feeling stronger and more connected to your body.
🙌🏾 All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered so everyone can move at their own pace and get the most out of the experience.
