Innovation Session with Lamarr.AI

​CenterState's INSPYRE Innovation Hub is hosting a small, invitation-only session featuring Lamarr.AI, a current GENIUS NY startup developing new tools to help building owners and operators better understand and manage building envelope performance.

​Often described as a “Building MRI,” Lamarr.AI combines drone-based thermal and visible-range imaging, advanced AI analytics, and energy simulation to deliver rapid, data-driven diagnostics of building envelope conditions across building portfolios. By identifying inefficiencies and hidden issues that traditional inspection methods often miss, the platform helps owners prioritize repairs, plan maintenance more strategically, and make more informed capital and energy retrofit decisions.

​See a short demonstration of the Lamarr.AI platform Review real-world case studies from buildings already analyzed using the technology Learn how data-driven diagnostics can support maintenance planning, energy efficiency improvements, and capital planning across large portfolios

​The discussion will also include time for building owners, operators, and facilities leaders to share how their organizations currently approach building envelope inspections, maintenance strategies, and capital investment decisions. The goal is to create a practical exchange of perspectives while introducing new tools that may help address common challenges.

​This gathering is part of INSPYRE’s work connecting industry leaders with emerging technologies developed by startups in programs such as GENIUS NY, one of the world’s leading accelerator programs for uncrewed systems and advanced technologies.
