About Event

ESG is no longer a parallel strategy in commercial real estate. It is becoming a core input into how deals are evaluated, assets are operated, and value is defined.

From operating costs and regulatory exposure to tenant demand, resilience, and access to capital, ESG performance is increasingly influencing investment outcomes. Yet across the industry, there remains a disconnect. These factors are not always consistently reflected in underwriting assumptions or property valuations.

This event brings together owners, investors, and capital partners to explore a critical question: Is the market fully pricing climate and ESG performance, or is there still a gap between insight and action?

Through a mix of interactive programming and expert perspectives, we will examine how ESG is actively shaping acquisition decisions, where valuation discrepancies persist, and what it means for the future of real estate investment.

Program

  • Real Estate Energy & Climate Trivia - An engaging kickoff designed to test assumptions, challenge common narratives, and level-set key ESG concepts across the room.

  • Panel Discussion - A panel discussion that brings together perspectives across ownership, investment, and advisory to unpack how ESG and climate risk are being evaluated within investment strategies, how underwriting is evolving, and where opportunities and misalignments remain, featuring:

  • Networking Happy Hour - An opportunity to connect with peers across ownership, investment, and advisory, continuing the conversation in a more informal setting.
