Join us Saturday 25th to reconnect with your body, celebrate your femininity, and meet like-minded women. Embracing your femininity means allowing yourself to feel fully comfortable in your own skin and we’ll explore that together through movement and self-expression.
Where: Centre Civic Barceloneta, Carrer de la Conreria, 1, Ciutat Vella, 08003 Barcelona (upstairs — full room details after signing up)
When: 11:30 – 13:00
Afterwards: Optional lunch/coffee at Anis Café to keep the connection going
In this workshop, we’ll dive into:
Body connection and awareness through group exercises
Feminine movement inspired by dancehall & commercial styles
A short empowering choreography to boost confidence and joy
open to all women, no experience needed! just bring water and wear something comfortable that makes you feel good♡ loose clothing works best.
