Practice in the Park is a weekly drop-in training opportunity!
This event is free for the community . You can come any time between 6pm and 8pm for however long you would like!
Maybe you need to get some anger out? Let's hold the pad for you. Have any questions? Let's chat. Wanna watch the sunset and talk about your feelings? Done.
We will be at Cordelia Park in Noda until the last Monday in May (5/25). Come once or come every week to help compound your skills. If you are nervous about committing to more in-depth training, this is a great way to see what Igneus is all about. This springtime initiative is to help you be safe for the summer!
