About Event

There are 10,000 AI tools out there. That's the problem.

Most people tried ChatGPT, got generic outputs, and either gave up or use it occasionally for the odd email. Sound familiar?

I've spent the last few months coaching 25+ founders and senior teams on AI — building systems, running workshops, and figuring out what actually sticks when the session's over. The pattern is always the same: people don't need more tools. They need fewer tools, used properly.

I'm running a small evening session for friends to show you exactly how I work with AI every day. Live demos, real workflows, no theory. You'll see the full stack, how the pieces connect, and what I'd tell you to do first if you're starting from scratch.

What to expect

→ Live demos of the tools I use daily — not slides about them, the actual tools running in real time
→ The methodology behind it — why most AI usage doesn't stick, and what to do differently
→ A simple plan for your first week — what to set up, what to ignore
→ 20 minutes of open Q&A — bring your questions

Who this is for

Friends only. Anyone who knows AI matters but hasn't found their footing yet. No technical background needed. If you can use email, you're good.

The rules

— Limited spots. That's it.
— Cameras on. This is a small, interactive session
— Not a webinar you put on in the background.
— One ticket, one screen.
— Come curious.

About me

I'm Ollie. Data Analytics & Management @ London Business School, then years leading product at Deel and Kittl — building tools for thousands of users.

Now I coach founders and senior teams on practical AI. I've run sessions for companies across food & drink, retail, professional services, and property — and the common thread is always the same: people want to use AI, they just don't know where to start.

This evening is me sharing what I've learned.
