​Flow: An Art + Wellness Experience

​Begin the year by moving slowly and creating with intention. Flow is an afternoon of presence—where breath, reflection, and clay come together.

​We’ll open with guided meditation and journaling to quiet the mind and ground the body. From there, we’ll ease into a ceramic hand-building workshop, shaping clay by hand and drawing inspiration from the spiritual and creative traditions of BIPOC societies across history.

​No prior experience is needed—this is about process, not perfection.
Your finished piece will be fired in a kiln after the workshop and carefully shipped to you once complete.

​All materials are provided, along with light bites and drinks.
