Daruma Vision™ Retreat - 2026 Clarity Edition
Presented by Rocklit — a leadership learning studio blending neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and Japanese wisdom for modern leaders.
An exclusive vision-activation experience for conscious, ambitious visionaries.
Daruma Vision™ is Rocklit’s signature experience for leaders who want to step out of the noise and reconnect with their inner clarity.
Through a blend of reflection, sound-led nervous-system release, and a Japanese commitment ritual, you’ll gain:
a clear sense of where you’re heading
more grounded leadership presence
direction aligned with your deeper intelligence
This isn’t a typical workshop.
It’s an embodied experience that reconnects you with your internal strategic compass — the clarity that strengthens both leadership and wellbeing.
Each edition is an ichigo-ichie (一期一会), offered once in a unique historical home.
This winter, we gather at Iseyahori, a 98-year-old kominka, activating your vision with the blue Daruma, symbolizing integrity, depth, and crisp clarity.
Winter naturally invites us to slow down, tune inward, and reflect, making it the perfect moment to prepare for the new year with fresh focus.
Why Choose This Experience
In today’s demanding environments, it’s easy to lose touch with your most crucial asset: clarity of mind, heart, and direction.

Participants join this experience to:
create space to pause and reconnect
shift from reactivity to intentional, grounded decision-making
access clarity that feels aligned and sustainable
articulate a direction they genuinely believe in
strengthen presence, focus, and emotional resilience
reconnect with vision beyond day-to-day demands
Who This Is For
This session is for people who want intentional space to think, recalibrate, and reconnect with their inner compass.

You’ll resonate with this if you’re:
navigating growth or transition
making complex decisions with limited time to reflect
seeking renewed alignment and direction
in a season of change
feeling the pace of life and craving stillness
drawn to intentional rituals that anchor goals
curious about Japanese traditions and heritage kominka
interested in meaningful conversation within a small, supportive group
It may not be the right fit if you:
Want quick tactical tools without deeper reflection
