The Women’s Leadership Intensive is a full-day, high-impact, research-backed leadership development experience designed to empower women to lead with greater confidence, authenticity, and alignment.
Rooted in leadership science and lived experience, the workshop helps women dismantle internal barriers while building the mindset, skills, and presence needed to thrive in leadership roles.
This program provides women with practical tools to navigate self-doubt, build self-trust, set boundaries, redefine ambition, and design a leadership legacy aligned with their deepest values.
Through a blend of facilitated discussion, reflective exercises, structured frameworks, and interactive activities, participants experience meaningful personal and professional growth.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of this full-day experience, participants will be able to:
Identity & Mindset Development
• Recognize and navigate internalized barriers, including self-doubt, perfectionism, and imposter thoughts.
• Build self-awareness around identity, values, and the stories women carry into leadership.
Confidence & Leadership Presence
• Redefine confidence as a practice rather than a personality trait.
• Strengthen self-trust and develop a grounded, authentic leadership presence.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Real-World Women’s Leadership in Action
Nabeela has led as a woman in spaces not designed for women, not lectured from the sidelines.
Across IKEA, Walmart, and Starbucks, she rose from entry-level roles to CHRO and COO positions, holding full operational, P&L, and people leadership responsibility for multi-billion-dollar businesses and tens of thousands of employees.
Her approach to women’s leadership is grounded in the realities women face every day: high pressure, cultural complexity, invisible labor, systemic bias, perfectionism burdens, self-doubt, and the emotional cost of constantly being “the first” or “the only.”
When she teaches women how to lead, it comes from lived experience, not theory:
•Breaking ceilings without breaking yourself.
•Navigating male-dominated rooms, power dynamics, doubt, and scrutiny.
•Leading major restructures, crises, and transformations while protecting people’s dignity and mental health.
•Turning disengaged teams into high-trust, high-performance cultures without sacrificing compassion.
•Embedding wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging into actual operational metrics — not slogans, posters, or campaigns.
•Balancing motherhood, leadership, identity, and ambition in ways that are sustainable, healthy, and deeply values-aligned.
Nabeela’s leadership programs aren’t inspirational talks; they are battle-tested frameworks built from decades of navigating complexity as a woman, a leader, and a changemaker at the highest levels of global organizations.
She teaches what she has lived: strength coupled with humanity, ambition without burnout, confidence without arrogance, and power rooted in purpose.
