About the Workshop:
We will tackle this challenge using a hands-on, real-world example: building a path for a fictional two-sided marketplace.
You can also apply the exercises to your own product!
In our first part, we'll dive into OKRs, exploring how they work as both a top-down and bottom-up alignment tool. You'll learn to deconstruct one high-level business goal into meaningful Product OKRs.
In the second part, we'll connect those OKRs to execution, creating initiatives and building a theme-based roadmap that tells a powerful story about the value you plan to deliver.
You'll leave with a framework you can use immediately to bring strategic clarity to your work.
Sessions are limited to 12 people.
