For over 15 years, Florian has been driven by one question: How do you build winning teams?
After starting in executive search, he moved to Berlin in 2012 to dive deeper into the startup world. Since then, he has founded startups, built a recruiting agency for VC-backed companies, scaled organizations from 0 to 200 people, and supported more than 400 hires—from entry level to the C-suite. He has also helped international startups establish their first teams in Germany and supported companies like Kontist, BlaBlaBus, CrossEngage, Otovo, and KW Commerce in strengthening their hiring and growth.
Most recently, Florian launched the Winning Teams Podcast, where he speaks with founders and leaders about what it really takes to build high-performing teams. Today, he brings these experiences into his work as a Coach and Interim Manager, supporting founders in designing and enabling high-performing teams.
Meet Your Host: Anna Leon
Anna has spent the past 12 years building and rebuilding HR in fast-growing, tech-enabled companies. At Vivid Money, she helped scale the team from 50 to 400 people.
At Bitcapital, she established HR for a high-growth environment. And at Solaris, she guided the HR function through a major transformation, strengthening structures and processes to support the next phase of the company’s journey.
Throughout these roles, she has worked as HR Director alongside founders and senior leaders, shaping people strategy and leadership practices at the highest level.
