The space will remain open until 6:00 PM. Once the main program ends, you are welcome to head home or stay and continue the conversations.
Specific cases and demo topics will be introduced at the event.
Application types and selection
Choose one application type. There is no need to submit separate applications for both.
General attendee: Join the recap, demos, questions and conversations. Share your interests and what you would like to discuss.
Presenter application: Submit your proposed case and any supporting link in the application form. We will select 8 presenting teams. Each team has 6 minutes for its presentation, including any demo. The session lasts one hour: 48 minutes of presentations and 12 minutes for transitions and shared Q&A. Selected teams will receive individual guidance on preparation and presentation order. Applying or receiving attendance approval does not confirm a presentation slot.
Because this is a DevDay Exchange Community event, practical cases that apply or experiment with announcements from this DevDay may receive priority. Explain the relevant announcement, what you tried, the results and what you learned. The program does not assume that every attendee has access to a particular feature or will participate in hands-on exercises.
If you are not selected to present, you will still be considered for general attendance under the same criteria, without needing to apply again. Presentation selection and attendance approval are separate. Attendance remains subject to host approval and capacity.
We plan to continue regular Codex community meetups in Suwon after this event. Codex cases that do not directly relate to this DevDay can also be proposed for future meetups. Dates and applications for future events will be announced later.
If you cannot join us this time, we hope to see you at a future Suwon meetup. We plan to keep bringing the local community together, so please look out for future meetup announcements. We would love to meet you next time!
Before attending
Application deadline: Saturday, October 17, 2026, through 11:59 PM KST. Registration closes at 12:00 AM on Sunday, October 18 (UTC+9). The same deadline applies to attendee and presenter applications. After registration closes, we will review applications, select attendees and presenting teams, and notify applicants of their approval status. Applying does not confirm attendance. New applications and new waitlist registrations will not be accepted after the deadline.
The application asks about your interests, questions and attendance plans so we can shape the program and conversations. Codex experience is optional context for networking; having little experience does not by itself exclude you.
Attendance is not automatically confirmed on a first-come basis. We consider the event's purpose, interests and discussion topics, attendance plans and capacity. Presenter selection is handled separately.
Check your approval status after applying. If you can no longer attend after approval, please cancel promptly through Luma so someone on the waitlist can join. Please respond when we ask you to confirm the venue details or your attendance.
Getting here and parking
Please use public transportation if possible. Take the Suin–Bundang Line to Suwon City Hall Station, then make your way to Nordiske Space on the third floor of Woosung Tower. You can find the venue on the map below or view the venue on Google Maps.
The venue does not provide parking, and parking fees are not covered.
If you are driving, please use the Gyeonggi Arts Center parking lot or a nearby public or paid parking facility. Availability and fees depend on each facility's operating rules. The Arts Center parking lot may be busy during performances, so public transportation is recommended.
Making everyone comfortable
Please respect others' experiences and questions. Harassment, discrimination, threats and unwanted contact are not permitted. Contact Wonjun Choi or the on-site organizers if you need help or wish to report a concern. Organizers may ask a participant to stop participating or leave when necessary.
Photography, sharing with OpenAI and public use
We will take event photos for the event record and recap submitted to OpenAI. Identifiable event photos will be shared with OpenAI. The organizers and OpenAI may use and publish these photos on websites, social media and event materials to cover and promote community events.
Consent to the photo capture, sharing with OpenAI and public use described above is required to attend this event. Please review the scope and select “I consent” in the required application field. Consent does not guarantee admission; attendance is confirmed only after host approval based on capacity and the application.
We will also confirm your preference in person before taking close-up photos. Participants whose consent has not been confirmed will be excluded from photography. Photos that incidentally identify these participants will be excluded from submissions to OpenAI and public use.
Participants who applied before this consent question was added will receive a separate email to confirm their consent. An existing application is not treated as consent. If you wish to withdraw consent, please contact a host. Exchanging contact details remains optional.
This is a community-led event, not an official OpenAI event.
