​About Elisa Bustos.

​​Elisa Bustos is the Head of Product Design at Ampcontrol, where she leads the design strategy behind the company’s AI-powered platform for optimizing electric vehicle charging. With over four years at Ampcontrol, Elisa has been instrumental in shaping intuitive, data-driven interfaces that help fleet and charging operators reduce costs and improve efficiency. Before joining Ampcontrol, she co-founded Spacey Studios, serving as Creative Director and Brand Designer, and previously worked with design teams in London and Chile. 

​​Elisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design – The New School, and completed a semester abroad in Graphic Design at the University of the Arts London.

About Fadwa Kingsbury.

Fadwa Kingsbury is the Head of Operations at Ampcontrol. In her role, she leads global operations and oversees both customer success and project support around the world, driving innovation in electric vehicle charging.

​Fadwa holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Her career has enabled her to develop strong expertise in operational leadership and in building international ecosystems, implementing programs and pilots in California, New York, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and other countries.

​Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence and global innovation in the technology sector and in the field of electric vehicle fleets.
