Female Founder Circle: Building in the New Era
Hola, I'm Ella. Proud Australian, dyslexic, high school dropout, almost 10 years in the founder trenches. Out of 8+ companies started, I've had a bootstrapped exit, raised 7 figures, 3 companies I still hold equity in, 4 that failed. 3 years in the US taught me a lot I couldn't see from down under.
A year into a high-growth tech start-up on the east coast, I was burnt out beyond belief. I'd built a mask, an identity, that wasn't who I am. I'd been so busy building that I'd forgotten what I was building for. Classic.
So I started building differently. Years bridging private capital with conscious wealth. Helping women align their financial and mental capital. .
That work started as a founder. It scaled as an investor. It's deepening now as a community architect. It lives here, in Time Rich Club.
I'm opening the container to walk you through what we're actually building, who it's for, and where we're going. Think of this as the front door - come meet the women already inside and the ones about to join.
On the agenda:
My story: 8 companies, the exit, the failures, the burnout, the rebuild
The TRC thesis: why time is the new wealth
The 5 pillars: fun, business, AI, longevity, inner work
TRC Agenda: weekly online conversations, IRL pickleball/poker/pilates, the annual retreat)
What's coming: the next cohort, speakers lined up, events on the calendar
Q&A — bring the real questions
For the women building differently. The ones who've figured out that busyness is the tell of someone whose time doesn't belong to them.
