Tinusaur STEM Workshop in Irvine
Join us for a fun, hands-on STEM workshop where participants build and program their own electronic project while learning the fundamentals of electronics and embedded programming.
This is a practical workshop where everyone learns by doing. Each participant assembles and programs a complete Tinusaur kit, gaining firsthand experience with real electronic hardware. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a fully working project that you built yourself and a solid understanding of how it works.
What you'll learn
The basics of electricity and electronic components
How a microcontroller works
Programming an embedded device in C
Controlling LEDs, buttons, buzzers, and other electronic components
How hardware and software work together
Problem-solving and computational thinking
No previous experience is required. We guide participants step by step, making the workshop suitable for complete beginners while still engaging those who have some programming experience.
