AI in Practice: Workflows, Experiments & Real Talk
If you attend another event that spends 45 minutes introducing AI Agents or Coding Harnesses, you will probably walk out.
We feel the exact same way.
The gap in the AI community right now isn't information; it’s execution. Most events talk about the theory but this gathering is exclusively about what people are actively building, how they solved concrete problems, and what broke along the way.
Whether you have a live system running or you are actively mapping out your first real deployment at work, this is a working session with peers who speak your language.
The Ground Rules
Zero 101 content: We'd like to talk more about the usage & possibilities instead of the theories
Solutions over speculation: We prefer to focus on real world issues like architecture decisions, tool stacks, prompt pipelines, edge cases, latency, and cost vs. utility.
What We Are Doing
This is an interactive, participatory room, not a lecture hall.
Real Problems: Share your actual issues (mask sensitive infomation) so that everyone can brainstorm a solution together
Real Tools: Bring your devices and we can explore the initial framing of the solution so that you have a working idea that can be built upon after the event.
Real Connection: Find like-minded people who might become collaborators for your specific issues.
Who Belongs in the Room
Active Practitioners: Anyone actively using LLMs, APIs, coding assistants, local models, or automation tools to build products or augment their daily work.
Planning Implementers: Teams and professionals who are past the curiosity stage, have a specific use case or roadmap, and want to validate their approach before wasting weeks on trial and error.
