Don't Rock the Boat! GBC Hands On Event

​Time to pick up those paddles! "Don't Rock the Boat," will return on Saturday, August 2 and registration is now open! Give Back Cincinnati will be cleaning up the waterway along Winton Lake at Winton Woods Park. Volunteers will form small groups (3-4 people) that will take row boats out into the lake to pick up litter in the water and along the shore. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy Cincinnati's outdoors, give back to the environment and meet new volunteers!

​Be prepared to get dirty! We recommend long pants; long-sleeved shirts, and sturdy, closed-toe shoes (no sandals). We also recommend bringing a water bottle, bug spray, and sun screen.

​Check-in and a light breakfast will take place from 8:30am-9am. Please arrive on time and ready to volunteer! After a good morning’s work, we’ll cool down with a happy hour and pizza. First drink and lunch is on us!
