The AI Table is a free monthly meetup for women who want to understand where AI can actually help in their work. Some of us run businesses, some of us lead teams, and some of us are simply curious. You do not need a technical background. You only need a real question and a willingness to explore it with other women who are figuring things out, too.
At our first table in October, we talked about where our weeks go and sorted the work we want to stop doing into what to hand off, where to get help, and what to keep. This month, we are putting that into practice.
We will take a deeper dive into Claude Cowork, the version of Claude that works inside your files, your email, and your calendar. Instead of only talking about the work, we will do it together. You will learn how Cowork handles a real task, see how skills turn a job you already do into a repeatable process, and build your first simple agent alongside the women at your table.
Whether you attended in October or this is your first table, you are welcome. Bring the one task you most want off your plate, and you will leave with a clear first step and something you built yourself.

A laptop, if you have one. A tablet or phone works for following along.

A Claude account is helpful but not required. I will share options at the table.

Grab a drink from Platform Coffee on your way in. 9:30 a.m. What Cowork can do, shown live on a real task. 9:50 a.m. Build together: turn one task into a skill and your first simple agent. 10:20 a.m. Share what you built and choose your next step. 10:30 a.m. Wrap. We end on time.
