“I Don’t Feel Like Myself”: Perimenopause, Midlife, and the Emotional Shift Women Were Never Told About with Jessica Eiseman, MS, LPC-S
It’s not you.
It’s your hormones shifting in midlife, impacting your brain, mood, energy, sleep, and sense of self in ways most women were never taught to expect.
This workshop is your chance to name what’s happening.
This isn’t about “pushing through,” fixing yourself, or blaming stress alone. It’s about understanding the hormonal and neurological changes of perimenopause, learning how they show up emotionally, and reclaiming compassion, clarity, and steadiness in this season of life.
Under the leadership of an experienced therapist, you will:
Learn the science of perimenopause and midlife hormone changes and why they affect mood, anxiety, focus, identity, and resilience.
Make sense of your experience by connecting symptoms to biology, not personal failure.
Practice practical strategies to support your nervous system, emotional regulation, and mental health during hormonal transition.
Connect with other women who are in this season too, reducing isolation and normalizing what you’re feeling.
This event is 90 minutes long, with cameras on. Participants are encouraged to introduce themselves (first names only), and share as they feel comfortable.
