​As our digital world continues to expand exponentially, it’s increasingly crucial to understand the physical systems and supply chains that power the digital.

​The demand for building new infrastructure to meet the demand of digital growth is intense. We spend our days speaking with datacenter developers, operators, and compute consumers and often hear the same questions from landowners and capital allocators on how a data center buildout *actually* works. As we advise on select datacenter builds alongside our investing practice, we figured there’s no better time than now to put pen to paper.
