About our Host:
Jaya Saxena is a lawyer and inclusion strategist with nearly two decades of experience advancing equity and belonging within organizations.
She brings a global, systems-focused lens to her work, helping professional services firms evolve legacy structures to better support underrepresented talent.
An avid reader and aspiring death doula, Jaya is also deeply engaged in community leadership through her nonprofit board service.
She is a mother to two daughters, ages 8 and 12, whose curiosity inspires her commitment to building a more just and compassionate world.
