About Event

Legal teams across the Nordics are being asked to do more in-house, often with the same headcount. The interesting question isn't whether AI changes the legal function, it's what's actually working in the teams that have moved beyond pilots.

We're bringing a small group of in-house counsel together over lunch and tennis at the Bybit Stockholm Open for an afternoon of honest conversation. No panels, no pitches, just peers comparing notes, under the Chatham House Rule.

What we'll get into

  1. What the Nordic in-house teams furthest along have actually changed in how they work day-to-day.

  2. The workflow automation use cases that have earned their place: where teams are moving beyond prompt-based tools and AI on individual tasks to running workflows end-to-end.

  3. How teams are using AI to handle intake and task management, so requests are triaged, routed and tracked without the manual chasing.

The format

A private roundtable, followed by lunch catered by Sturehof and an afternoon of top-level tennis in the VIP Village. We have a limited amount of 20 spots, to keep the conversation useful.
