Women's Wellness Day ✨

On Women's Wellness Day ✨ the FounderHaus Beach Club becomes a sanctuary for the women building the future. In collaboration with Crypto Girls Club, Shefi and other initiatives led by women, we are hosting an experience designed to step away from the noise of the sprint and reconnect with the clarity that leadership asks of you.

This is a special space for female founders, builders, and creators who know that personal wellbeing is the foundation of professional scale.

This month we are trying something different: a day that moves from focused work, to learning, to movement, to a slow evening by the fire.

⚡ The Experience

2:00pm | Cowork and networking
Open the laptop, get things done, and connect with other women building in tech, creativity, and Web3. Coffee is on us all afternoon.

3:30pm | Talk: Healthy Aging, Comprehensive Care for Women at Every Stage of Life
With Maisa Hortal. A conversation about caring for your body and mind today so you can build for the long run.

5:00pm | Yoga class with Sarah Clotworthy
Sarah has practiced and taught the path of yoga for more than 30 years. She is a Hatha Ashtanga yoga teacher and a pioneering master of Aerial Yoga in Brazil, with a life dedicated to the art of transforming through yoga. Come stretch, breathe, and reset.

6:00pm | Fireside session
We close the day around the fire with wine and a charcuterie board, good conversation, and the kind of connection that only happens when everyone finally slows down 🍷💛
