Get set up early. Install. Configure. Ask questions.

​5:00 PM — Laptops Open
We’ll have OpenClaw running live before hacking begins.

​6:00–8:00 PM — Build
Ship. Break shells. Fix. Ship again.

​8:00–9:00 PM — Judging + Demos
Selected teams will present live.
