Sketch Club: Still Life Everyday Objects

​Black Hippie Art Sketch Club is a creative gathering for BIPOC artists looking to build community, connect with likeminded creators, and make space for joy through art. Whether you’re a seasoned illustrator or just picking up a pencil again, this meetup offers a relaxed environment to sketch, share ideas, and be in community with other artists of color. Supplies are provided, and entry is just $5—all you need to bring is yourself and your creativity.

​Utility Works at 32 E. Baltimore Ave, Lansdowne, PA, has nearby municipal parking on Highland and Lansdowne Avenues for $0.25 per hour. Street parking (2-hour limit) is available for $1.00/hour via kiosks or the ParkMobile app (24/7, except Sundays/holidays). The site is near SEPTA bus routes (109, 113, 115) and the train station.
