The deeper shift begins when AI changes the product architecture, the engineering model, the customer experience, and the economics of how software is built and delivered.
The September East Bay CXO Meetup will bring together product, technology, and business leaders for a candid discussion about what it takes to build the next generation of AI-native SaaS companies.
We’ll explore how software changes when AI moves from an added capability to the core of the product.
What we’ll discuss
What distinguishes a genuinely AI-native product from a traditional SaaS platform with AI features
How probabilistic systems change product architecture, testing, security, and reliability
How engineering teams and the software development lifecycle must evolve
What happens to development velocity, infrastructure costs, pricing, and gross margins
Where defensibility comes from when models and foundational capabilities are widely available
How leaders can balance rapid experimentation with enterprise trust and governance
This will not be a conversation about adding another copilot or wrapping a model with a user interface.
It will be a practical, peer-to-peer discussion about rebuilding the product and operating model for a world in which software can reason, generate, learn, and act.
