Join Quinn+Partners during Toronto Climate Week for a glimpse inside our future net-zero headquarters at 29 – 31 Prince Arthur Avenue.

Currently under construction, this project is transforming two heritage row houses into a high-performance, low-carbon workplace. Once complete, the building will integrate passive design, mass-timber construction, full electrification and climate-resilience features, demonstrating how existing buildings can be adapted for a net-zero future.

This one-hour session will feature:

· A brief introduction of the building and retrofit vision

· An overview of key sustainability features and modelled performance

· Dynamic renderings and 360° panoramas

· Q+A (time permitting)
